Toxic Mold

Toxic Mold is a fungus that commonly grows inside people’s homes and can cause severe problems for the property and those living there. Mold injuries such as respiratory problems, sinus problems, brain injury, and body rashes due to mold exposure can result from living in a rental property or other contaminated environments. In some cases, it can happen to homeowners where claims can be brought against the HOA (depending on where and how mold was developed). This specialized practice area requires special knowledge to work up the case.
