History
WILLFORD LAW CORPORATION was founded by Thomas M. Willford, Esq. The firm was established in 2001 under the name Willford Law Firm. The firm has undergone a name change to Willford Law Corporation in 2020. We are currently located in the City of Santa Ana, California.
WILLFORD LAW CORPORATION brings together more than 30 years of Personal Injury, Business Law and Litigation experience from honest, knowledgeable and aggressive attorneys.
THOMAS M. WILLFORD
Tom has a family history in law, as his father and uncle retired as litigation attorneys from the firm Willford and Willford in Downtown Los Angeles. He graduated from Western State University College of Law in 1990 and immediately commenced litigating cases in the courtroom. He has represented
individuals, large corporations and entrepreneurs.
Tom is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California. He is also admitted to practice in all four Federal District Courts of California – Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern.
Tom has dedicated his entire professional career to serving injured people and their families. He is an expert in handling personal injury cases from the initial stage of the case till settlement or litigation. He strives to seek client satisfaction, thus preserves a great reputation within the community. He is also fluent in Spanish and is comfortable helping his Spanish-speaking clients understand the legal process.

TRACEY ADERS
Legal Operations Director
Tracey joined WILLFORD LAW CORPORATION in August 2019. Her role is vital to the firm as she is in charge of staff and office management, marketing, human resources, staff training, case management supervision, and settlement negotiation.
Tracey has been advocating for injured people and families since 2006. Throughout her 16-year career in the personal injury field, Tracey worked alongside some reputable, experienced, and successful personal injury attorneys, such as Andrew Ellis with Ellis Law Corporation, Chris Morey with Morey & Upton, LLP, Brian Banner with Banner Attorneys, and Tom Willford with Willford Law Corporation. Tracey is a goal-driven go-getter. Tracey’s motto is “treat people how you want to be treated.” Tracey is a strong believer in communication being the key to success. She never fails to keep clients informed about their cases and to listen to their needs and concerns. Tracey is passionate and sympathetic, but she knows when to be aggressive when the other party doesn’t play fair.
Aside from her experience and knowledge in the personal injury field, Tracey is also an excellent writer. She achieved three CALI awards in law school, one of which was for legal writing. CALI awards are awards given to the highest scoring student in each law school class. In addition to the CALI awards, Tracey graduated law school with a fellowship and certificate in International & Comparative Law and was on the Dean’s List.

HANSON HSU
Associate Attorney
Hanson joined WILLFORD LAW CORPORATION in March 2020. He graduated magna cum laude from Whittier Law School, ranked third in his class. Hanson earned two CALI awards for legal writing during his time in law school, which are awards given to the highest scoring students in law school classes. Hanson also is a member of good standing of the State Bar of California.
Hanson has had 3 years of experience in personal injury and is an avid reader and writer even outside of lawyering. He is trilingual, being fluent in English, Chinese, and Taiwanese. With his diverse cultural background, Hanson believes no client should be kept from justice on account of language barriers and cultural differences.

PRISCILLA PHAN
Legal Assistant Manager
Priscilla holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She joined Willford Law Corporation in 2022. Her role at WLC is to assist Tracey and Tom with office and staff management while managing her own caseload of prelitigation files. Like Kassandra, Priscilla is experienced in handling personal injury cases from inception to settlement.

KASSANDRA PRECIADO
Executive Legal Assistant
Kassandra started her legal career at Willford Law Corporation as a receptionist and medical records clerk. After months of working at WLC, Kassandra received a promotion. She is now assisting our attorneys and legal team in keeping files organized, calendaring deadlines and meetings, communicating with clients on a regular basis, conducting legal research, drafting settlement demands, conducting lien reduction requests, and preparing settlement disbursements.

Accounts Receivable Specialist
Carolyn joined WILLFORD LAW CORPORATION in 2021 as our accounts receivable specialist. Carolyn is responsible for following account payable and accounts receivable policies, such as keeping the firm organized by recording transactions like income, outgoing payments, safekeeping receipts and bills in various case files, paying invoices, and logging information to various accounts. Carolyn works to ensure activities related to receivables and payables are error-free.

NICKY PHAM
Client Relations Manager / Marketing Director
Nicky joined WILLFORD LAW CORPORATION in 2019 as our administrative assistant. She is now our marketing director in charge of managing all aspects of marketing. Nicky is also responsible for strategizing and analyzing the market needs while making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish with clients.

Intake Specialist / Executive Legal Assistant
Silvia joined our growing firm in 2022. Like her other colleagues, Silvia plays multiple critical roles within the firm. She assists our legal team and attorneys with the initial client intake process, requests for medical specials upon client treatment completion, and assembles medical packets for settlement demand writing. Silvia’s welcoming attitude, excellent communication skills and transparency translate to higher productivity and a positive experience for our clients.
